In 2014, Development Capital invested €5 million in return for a minority stake in Lifes2Good which was used to fund product acquisitions and global expansion. In 2017, Lifes2Good completed a sale of its 100% subsidiary Viviscal Inc. (which owns the Viviscal products, brands and IP) to Church & Dwight Inc. for c.€149.25 million and as part of this sale Development Capital exited the business.
