In 2016, Development Capital acquired a minority stake in Perigord and later provided additional funding to support the businesses’ international expansion and development of its new software product, GLAMS. In 2021, Perigord agreed to a majority stake investment from Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM) for an undisclosed sum and as part of this sale Development Capital realised its investment.
