Fran Stafford

Fran joined Development Capital in 2022. With over 15 years’ experience as a finance professional, Fran has worked with businesses, investors and advisors across a variety of sectors and funding structures. Fran has considerable transaction experience in private equity investments, MBOs, shareholder restructures & succession as well as acquisition finance.

Prior to joining Development Capital, Fran was Associate Director in Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking where she worked to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet the specific funding and banking requirements of customers. Fran most recently worked in new business origination and played a key role in establishing a regional office for the Corporate Banking business in Cork where she is located. Fran is a Chartered Accountant, while also holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from UCC and a Masters degree in Corporate Strategy from NUIG.
