Obelisk is international provider of professional engineering services to the telecom and power sector industry. Founded in 1996, Obelisk employs over 300 people working in Dublin, Cavan and Cape Town.

In 2016, Development Capital invested €3 million of growth capital in Obelisk to fund its international expansions and launch new service offerings. In April 2022, Obelisk agreed to a majority sale of the Company to Constructel Visabeira for an undisclosed sum and as part of this sale Development Capital realised its investment.
